I have to say, I have not had this kind of service in quite some
time!! Bill and Leigh have bent over backwards to accommodate our requirements and have provided the tarpaulins we required, with the unusual measurements needed in record time.  We are really please with the service provided, if you are not sure what you need - just ask their advice, they are the experts and they will do everything they can to help!
As for the delivery !! What can I say? thank you so much for persevering!! After driving around the area for hours looking for a very difficult address - we found each other!! Most people would have given up! Thank you!

May I say I have used Arnold Tarpaulins for 10 years for our trucks and we need special ratchet brackets manufactured by him to avoid damaging the side of our vehicles. I can only call him an old school company where when you place an order, the manner on the phone is polite, manufactured jobs are professional and the service is second to none. I rang him on Monday and the goods were delivered Wednesday. The only bad thing I can say about him, he wants paying.

I just had to send a note to say how grateful i am to all you have done for me recently I need to tell your future customers of the 1st class service you offer, clear honest advice and friendliness. This is a true event so all future customers listen.
I telephoned and asked for a sheet to cover my roof of my workshop which is 14m x 8.5m. Rather than sell to me on the phone what I thought I needed I was sent by return samples & prices so that I could see what I was getting, because to be truthful after seeing the samples it was obvious I did not know what I was talking about even though I thought I did.

After looking at the samples I ordered the tarpaulin on the advice from Arnold Tarpaulins. As ordered it arrived promptly & with great enthusiasm I got to work covering a leaky roof.
Fantastic quality, great colour what more could I want. One problem I had ordered the wrong size. I telephoned Bill at Arnolds, he had a think & came back to me with a solution, two tarps instead of one.

The best thing about the solution was that they took the first one back with a no quibble guarantee & supplied me with the next two without any extra cost, the two Tarps should have come to an extra 60. They were delivered in their spare time out of business hours and with no charge. The new tarps are on the roof and ready to face the winter.

Once again thank you, great service from honest reliable people you can give my phone number to anyone to confirm your abilities and even send them around to look at my roof.
